When most people who have had successful careers enter their retirement years, they are content to do just that. Carl Begley however believes "You have to Circulate to Perculate or you Vegitate." Having been successful in previous ventures as Radio Disc-Jockey, Pilot, Flight Instructor, Airport Manager, Mechanical Engineer, Plant Manager and a Biometric Software Company, Carl was ready to look for more opportunities. Living in the heart of the Florida Nursery Industry, he did just that. Clippings from shrubs and plants in his yard, soon led to similar forays into neighbors and business landscapes he frequented. With land to spare, soon there were rows of experimental plants and liners, followed by potting soil, pots, fertilizer, equipment and Green and Shade houses. The spare land is now full of rows of Viburnum, Indian Hawthorne, Pittsoporum, Ligustrum, Plumbago, Loropetalum and many other woodies.
